My name is Peter Huck. I am the business development officer for julijette inc. I help out with operations, facilities, communications, marketing, outreach, budgets, web-development, script breakdowns, team support, prep, production, post, business development - generally, anything and everything that is required to make julijette inc. successful. Relationships are extremely important to us here at julijette. About Peter
Peter holds a Diploma in Theatrical Arts from MacEwan University in Edmonton, AB, and a B.F.A from the acclaimed College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati where he was the recipient of the Patricia Corbett Scholarship Award for Academic Achievement from 1996-1999. He has been a member of CAEA, ACTRA, and AGVA. Peter is a certified Actor-Combatant and has trained as a Stuntman with the United Stuntman’s Association of America.
Peter has produced and directed extensively for theatre, receiving an Ovation Award, and an award from the Governor General of Canada. His work with Mary Ann Kellogg on choreography for the movie musical "Reefer Madness", garnered the production an Emmy nomination. Peter has performed throughout Canada and the United states for over two decades (on broadway, off broadway, and regionally), professionally entering into the world of film and film production in 1994 when he landed his first lead role in the film "The True Meaning Of Girls". Peter worked in production in Vancouver on many notable feature films and television series between 2001 and 2009. Film is a life-long study for him, particularly a fan of the work of the likes of artists such as Christopher Nolan, Martin Scorsese, Kathryn Bigelow, Walter Murch, John Williams, and Tim Burton.
Peter has over a decade of experience as the director of business development for a prominent studio. Additionally, he has a background in photography, culinary arts, landscape design, construction, and contracting. He is also a dramaturge, choreographer, master teacher, and adjudicator and has adjudicated international dance competition across Canada.
